1. The service

MeuCV is a multilingual CV generation service powered by artificial intelligence. By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Our AI only rephrases what you write — it does not invent or alter facts. However, the final version of the CV is your responsibility.

3. Payment and refunds

• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Right to refund: full refund within 7 days if the file has not been downloaded. After download, the service is considered delivered.

4. Limitations

• The download link expires 72 hours after generation and allows up to 3 downloads.
• Limit of 5 preview generations per hour, per IP address, to prevent abuse.
• We do not guarantee 24/7 availability — technical interruptions may occur.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create CVs with false, defamatory, offensive or illegal information. We reserve the right to block users who misuse the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by UK law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the United Kingdom, without prejudice to consumer rights legally recognised.
